Mark is President/CEO of the agency and has worked in the insurance industry since 1986. He is licensed in Property/Liability and Life/Health/Long Term Care/Medicare Supplements. Mark is active in the local community having served on various boards. He is a Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors/Fayetteville, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors/North Carolina, Fayetteville Kiwanis Club and the Downtown Alliance. He holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, Certified Builders Insurance Agent and Certified Insurance Counselor designations.  Mark and his wife Mary have one daughter. They are active members of Snyder Memorial Baptist Church.

Donna started with the agency in 1980 and is our longest tenured employee. She handles accounting, bonds and works with our Commercial Lines Clients. Donna and her husband enjoy spending family time with their children, grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She is an active member of her church.

Dee Dee came to work for us in 1996 through an employment agency, after ten years of serving our country in the Air Force. Dee Dee obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2008. She works with our Personal Lines Clients. Dee Dee and her husband are very active in the outreach programs at their church.

Janet started in the insurance business in 1998 and she started working with our agency in 2002. Janet worked in our Personal Lines Department until recently. She now works with our Commercial Lines Clients. Janet obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2005. Janet and her husband are new grandparents! 

Norman has been associated with the agency since 2003 as a life and health insurance producer. He served our country as a U. S. Marine for 21 years. Norman also managed the local office for Life of Virginia prior to moving to the independent agency system. Norman and his wife have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Richard obtained licenses in both Property/Casualty and Life/Health  in 1999. He previously worked in insurance and banking before he started with the agency in 2008. Richard is responsible for new business development. Richard has two daughters and they enjoy attending ECU sporting events. We think Richard’s blood is actually purple.

Adeania started in the insurance industry in 1992 and she joined the agency in 2008. Adeania holds both Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses. Adeania works with our Personal Lines Clients. Outside of the agency, she spends time with her husband and daughter at the beach or working in the yard.

Chris has been working in insurance since 1979. She spent 17 years as an Insurance Consultant with a residential contractor/mortgage company before joining the agency as Administrator in 2008. Chris received her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1987. She is a board member of Crimestoppers of Fayetteville/Cumberland County. Chris and her husband have two grown children. She is active in various church ministries.

Susan became a member of our agency in 2010. She recently earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Susan’s previous work experience includes work in the medical information field as well as two other insurance agencies. Susan works with our Commercial Lines Clients. She is an active member of the Junior League of Fayetteville.
