Mark W. Rice

Mark is President/CEO of the agency and has worked in the insurance industry since 1987. He is licensed in Property/Liability and Life/Health/Long Term Care/Medicare Supplements. Mark is active in the local community having served on various boards. He is a Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors/Fayetteville, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors/North Carolina, Fayetteville Kiwanis Club, and the Downtown Alliance. Mark served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of NC. He holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, Certified Builders Insurance Agent, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Trusted Risk Advisor designations.
Mark and his wife Mary have one daughter (Emma, and her husband Landon), grandson (Sawyer), and granddaughter (Mary Austin). They are active members of Snyder Memorial Baptist Church. Mark enjoys volunteering his time with music ministries, carpentry ministry, and mission trips.

Landon T. Bentham

President/CEO
Landon joined the agency in 2015 as a Sales Producer assisting clients with personal and commercial insurance coverages and is currently serving the agency as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Landon is the current chairman of the iLead committee with the Independent Insurance Agents of NC (IIANC) and serves on the IIANC Board of Directors.
He is originally from Western New York and moved to Fayetteville in 2004 to attend Methodist University. Upon graduating from Methodist in 2008, he began work for the university and later earned his MBA from Methodist in 2010. He and his wife Emma are active members of Snyder Memorial Baptist Church and have two children Sawyer and Mary Austin.
Hobbies: Golfing, Construction Projects, Video Marketing
Fast Fact: He learned to drive in a right-hand drive Subaru Legacy with his father who delivers mail for the USPS
Anna S. Davis
CISR, Commercial Account Manager
Anna earned her NC Property & Casualty licenses after coming to work for us in 2013. She graduated from East Carolina University and previously worked in the banking industry. She works with our Commercial Lines and Bond Clients.
Anna and her husband Ryan have two sons, Clayton and Bennett, a German Shepherd, Callie, and are involved members of Berean Baptist Church. Anna is a big Boston Red Sox fan and also enjoys traveling and playing games with her family, spending time at the beach and fishing on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Joella is a native of Fayetteville and graduated from Pine Forest High School. She obtained a marketing degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College. New to the insurance industry as she joined the C&R staff in 2018, she brings 35 years of retail and banking experience.

Kyle Fera
TRA, Sales Agent
Kyle joined the agency in 2018 as a Sales Producer focusing on personal and commercial lines of insurance. Originally from out West, Kyle moved to North Carolina and graduated with a Business Degree from Methodist University in 2009. He is currently licensed in NC Property, Casualty, Life & Health Insurance.
He and his wife Emily are members of Berean Baptist Church and have three daughters Reagan, Hadley and Skylar.

Fast Fact: He has been going to Augusta National every April since 2010 and was able to work The Masters in 2015.
Paulette Harris
CISR, Personal Account Manager
Paulette joined the agency in June of 2019. She is originally from Washington, DC but has been living in Fayetteville since 2012. Paulette earned a history degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Al and earned a second degree in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park.
She and her husband Todd have two sons, Thomas and William. Paulette enjoys cheering her boys while they play soccer and swim for Terry Sanford High School.
